Demo Coffee began with a shared kitchen counter, a second-hand espresso machine, and a simple idea: a neighbourhood spot where the first cup of the day feels like a small celebration.
Today we roast in small batches, bake every morning, and leave room at every table for slow conversations — whether you stop by for five minutes or settle in for the afternoon.
